Mango Cherry Smoothie

Day two of eating raw and I'm still having fun!

I got so much fresh produce in preparation for this week, I decided to let my vegan guides lead me to improv a breakfast smoothie for myself. Boy, is it good! Here's what I did:

Marni's Mango Cherry Smoothie
serves 1
  • 1 frozen banana (cut into 1-inch chunks and stash in the freezer the night before)
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup fresh apple juice
  • 1/3 cup cherries, pitted (about 7 cherries)
Toss in blender and flip the switch.

Yum!

More on how my week is going later. I'm studying for my Sociology final today. Raw food is brain food. W00t!
